Internship Description

We are looking to fill our customer care representative department with serious-minded employees/interns over a short or long course of time allowing for part-time and full-time applications.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

•Handle all inbound customer inquiries
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints
•Thoroughly understand customer needs and company services
•Relay customer feedback to management team
•Identify opportunities where the company can offer solutions and value-added services
•Maintain and build relationships
•Communicate through email, phone, and in-person
•Monitor file submissions to completion of consolidations and income driven programs
•Document and update customer records based on interactions
•Welcome call- understanding what is required for a successful application
•Comfortable speaking to the client and requesting necessary income documents and information
