Position Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist our sales team with sourcing quotes for upcoming events
  • Communication with crew regarding upcoming events, including emailing information relating to specific events
  • Preparation of items to be utilized on events such as coat check
  • Assisting with data entry in our online CRM software to ensure a thorough and accurate description of what has occurred and been discussed with the client is recorded on the file
  • Shadowing planners and assisting in preparation for upcoming events, such as data entry into contract templates;
  • Preparation of online records to assist our finance department
  • Review data collected from client and crew evaluations
  • Assist coordinators, managers and VP’s on various sales campaigns

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential

  • Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and learn new systems quickly
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills. Helpful, proactive and communicative spirit with fellow teammates
  • Willingness to learn
  • Not afraid to labor diligently, meet deadlines, etc
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence and good driving record. Able to commute to and from events with ease

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields
  • Customer Service experience
  • Student Government, ASB, Student Leadership experience

Compensation Package

  • Commission on any new sales
  • Future opportunity for opportunities for paid part-time and full-time positions available
