The Administrative Intern, within the Marketing department, will assist in the coordination of various marketing projects as assigned.
Education: Must be enrolled in Marketing/Public Relations/Communications/Business or similar program.
Experience: Graphic design and/or Photoshop experience a plus. Familiarity with healthcare a plus.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills. Ability to quickly assess and devise solutions to problems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Integrity and trustworthiness as he or she may have access to confidential patient information. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products. Ability to learn other software programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience researching, creating and analyzing results on various social media platforms.

Job Scope: The Web content editor/translator will be responsible for: • Selecting, translating, editing and publishing content on the web from English to Arabic in accordance with the brand s strategy and guidelines • Using standard web CMS services like Wordpress or Drupal. • He/she will actively collaborate with other members of the editing team to create and/or fine-tune editorial processes and policies and will also be required to work closely with graphic designers and development teams. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor degree in Arts, Journalism or Mass Communication. • 2 7 years of professional experience in a similar position. • Excellent writing and editing skills, with an understanding of the special requirements of writing for the Web, such as the use of keywords, hyper-links, navigation and the importance of brevity. • Proof and samples of previously published web content/articles. • Hands-on experience with popular web content management systems such as; DRUPAL and WORDPRESS. • Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices (On-page SEO, Content SEO, Keyword Research, etc..) • A creative team player with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines efficiently • A good eye for detail, with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills. • Excellent research skills and the ability to pick out key points from complex information and present them in a clear concise manner. • Basic understanding of related legal issues such as copyright, privacy, and accessibility, etc.
